Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 June 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you install or use TrainerMate. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Independent tool

TrainerMate is an independent productivity tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to NDORS, UK police forces, course providers, FOBS portal operators or Zoom.

3. What TrainerMate helps with

TrainerMate can help with supported provider portal checks, Zoom meeting creation, adding Zoom joining details to supported FOBS meeting details, certificate reminders and certificate management tools. Available features depend on your plan, provider setup and whether the relevant provider portal supports the action.

4. Trainer responsibility

TrainerMate is designed to save time and highlight issues, not replace your professional checks. You remain responsible for confirming course details, Zoom joining information, provider records, certificates and any delivery requirements before each course.

5. Provider portals and third-party rules

You must only use TrainerMate with provider portals, Zoom accounts and certificates you are authorised to access. Provider websites and Zoom may change their systems, rules or availability, which can affect automation.

6. Acceptable use

7. Plans and subscriptions

TrainerMate Free includes limited features. TrainerMate Full is currently priced at £5 per month unless another price has been agreed. Features, prices and trial terms can change, with notice where required.

8. Availability

TrainerMate depends on your computer, internet connection, provider portals, Zoom and third-party services. Provider websites can change, and that can affect automation until an update is available.

9. Updates

TrainerMate can show update notices in the app. Install updates from official TrainerMate links only, especially when an update is marked as important for security or compatibility.

10. Limitation of liability

TrainerMate is provided as a productivity aid. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TrainerMate is not responsible for missed courses, incorrect provider information, Zoom issues, certificate problems, loss of income or other losses caused by relying on automation without carrying out your own final checks.

11. No warranty

TrainerMate is provided with reasonable care and skill, but it is not guaranteed to be error-free, compatible with every provider change or suitable for every trainer’s arrangements.

12. Data protection

You must handle course, certificate and delegate information lawfully. Avoid storing or sharing unnecessary personal data. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

13. Ending use

We can suspend or end access if there is misuse, non-payment, a security risk or a breach of these terms. You can stop using TrainerMate at any time.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
